About Us
I have had a lifetime passion for Jaguar cars and after several years of experience working with Jaguar cars at other independent Jaguar dealerships I established J-Cat in 2005. I realised there was a need for someone in the area to provide a trustworthy service where the owners and their cars would be treated with the respect they deserved.

I have always aimed to make Jaguar ownership an enjoyable, affordable, experience and to provide the level of customer service and care I would expect myself. You can talk with myself or the technicians directly about technical matters if you so wish and you are welcome to see any parts we have replaced on your car.

We are fortunate enough to have a large client base built primarily on personal recommendation. Our client base extends throughout East Anglia to Ipswich, Cambridge, King’s Lynn, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our customers appreciate the personal service they get, the friendly advice we give and the flexibility we can offer. 

We cater for Jaguar cars from the mid 1990s models to the latest petrol and diesel models. We are independent, knowledgeable specialists - fully equipped with the latest Jaguar main dealer electronic diagnostic equipment, software and access to the most recent Jaguar technical information.

We are a very busy operation and so for regular service and MOT work please try and give us as much notice as possible – we will always try and give breakdowns priority treatment as we appreciate many customers need their car on a daily basis.

More often than not it is myself who will be your first point of contact (by phone, email or on the reception desk). I look forward to discussing your requirements and helping you to enjoy your Jaguar for years to come.

Fixed Price Jaguar Servicing
Take advantage of our competitive Jaguar service prices with fixed cost services available on all post 1994 Jaguars. The Block Exemption laws mean even if you have a Jaguar under three years old, you can come to us without it affecting your warranty. Our skilled technicians provide a similar level of service to Jaguar main dealers but our labour rates are considerably lower.

Jaguar Parts 
You will benefit from us having a good selection of new and used parts and we can normally source any parts we haven't got in stock within 24 hours if required.

Jaguar Pre-Sales Inspections 
We offer a fixed price inspection service if you require a Jaguar to be examined before purchase.
